HitAnywhere® Non-Wood Bat Limited Warranty

Overview
By using your HitAnywhere® non-wood bat, you agree to the terms of this Limited Warranty. If you do not
agree, do not use the bat and return it in accordance with the seller’s return policy.

When to Stop Using the Bat
Discontinue use and submit a warranty claim if the bat experiences significant denting, structural cracking,
or broken end caps or knobs during normal field use.

Warranty Coverage – Non-BBCOR
Non-wood, non-BBCOR bats are covered for one (1) year from the original purchase date. One repair or
replacement may be provided at HitAnywhere®’s discretion.

Warranty Coverage – BBCOR
Eligible non-wood BBCOR bats qualify for an Expanded 1-Year Limited Warranty, which may include
multiple repairs or replacements. Coverage shall not exceed fifteen (15) months from the original
purchase date.

Eligibility Requirements
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase from an authorized
HitAnywhere® dealer.

Not Covered
This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, cosmetic damage, altered bats (including rolling or shaving),
use in commercial batting cages, or purchases from unauthorized sellers.

Third-Party Certifications
Certification markings reflect compliance at the time of manufacture only. Changes in governing-body
rules do not obligate HitAnywhere® to repair or replace bats.

Warranty Claims
Do not return bats to retailers. All warranty claims must be submitted through www.hitanywhere.com with
valid proof of purchase.

Arbitration & Legal Terms
For U.S. residents, disputes are resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis only. This
warranty provides specific legal rights which may vary by jurisdiction.
